Cabinets & More Inc was was founded by Oleg Melnichuk in 2016 as a one man show doing part time work for a insurance restoration firm while at the same time working a full time job at a custom cabinet shop in Seattle Washington. 

Oleg was born in Ukraine and moved to America in 1999, to a land of opportunity. "Growing up in Ukraine we didn't have LEGO, R/C cars, or other toys that were bought. All of our toys including swings and cars we made ourselves from wood and metal".  Living more than half of his life in the US, Oleg finished secondary education, went to college and got a degree as a CNC programmer.  He started working as a CNC operator and programmer at a Seattle based custom cabinet shop. From just running the CNC machine, Oleg worked his way to the top and started managing the production shop. Oleg worked with multi-family homes with over 300 units, residential homes, commercial offices in the center of Seattle, restaurants, and favorite Seattle based coffee shop where quality was a requirement. While working at the cabinet shop, he started doing side jobs and then left the company to work for himself.
